QC Executive
Working days & hours : Mon - Fri ; 9AM - 6PM
Working location: 28 Pioneer Crescent, West Park Bizcentral,
Singapore - 628559
Salary: $2500 - $2800 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform physical quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Verify and maintain product formulations to ensure accuracy before production.
• Conduct inspection and testing of products in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Approve or reject raw materials and finished products based on quality standards.
• Check and verify product parameters for the first batch before approving mass production.
• Maintain accurate QC records, test reports, and documentation.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed during production and quality control processes.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices in the production area.
• Assist in internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Work closely with production team to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain calibration of laboratory and testing equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper recording of stock movements (inbound, outbound, and transfers) in the inventory system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Ensure proper storage conditions in compliance with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions and stock records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
