Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Waste Management & Materials Recovery
Position Title: Operations Superintendent (Plant Operations)
Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Retention Bonus + Incentive + Shift Allowance + Transport Allowance + OT Pay + AWS
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations and ensure safety at all times, including after hours.
Support shift supervisors and maintain smooth operations.
Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Act as person-in-charge for after-hours emergencies.
Assist in plant shutdowns when required.
Monitor CCR system and conduct routine checks.
Ensure daily operations follow SOPs.
Inspect firefighting equipment.
Oversee waste handling and proper PPE use.
Monitor staff breaks for adequate coverage.
Comply with EHS regulations.
Perform ad-hoc duties.

Diploma in Engineering or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a process-related industry.
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
