Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Post-Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- Required skill(s): MS Offices, SQL System (in advantage)
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily accuracy operations and to ensure compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement/guidelines
- Preparation for weekly/ monthly commission and expenses payment
- Responsible for weekly/ monthly closing report
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
- To liaise with other parties, auditor, banker, agent, co-agency & developer
- To ensure softcopy and hardcopy documents saved and files in order
- Bank in cash or cheque
- Handling of online banking system (CIMB BIZ) – online transfer, bulk payment or any other payment
- Responsible for submit monthly withholding tax
- Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as and when required
