Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in F&B are welcome
- Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
- Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior team members
- Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to the cafe’s standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with proper care and hygiene
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served
- Take customer orders politely and accurately, and handle basic cashiering if required
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the barista station, dining area, and equipment
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the cafe
- Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and inform supervisors when restocking is needed
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines at all times
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
