Account Assistant (Full-Time) – Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate, and able to handle daily accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and filing 
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes 
• Prepare and process payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations 
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation 
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and audit preparation 
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients on accounting matters
