The ideal candidate is experienced across the full sales cycle, confident in building new client relationships, and skilled in maintaining existing partnerships. Strong negotiation abilities and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Media, Publishing, Advertising, PR, or Marketing & Communications are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Pitch, prepare, and present advertising proposals and campaigns
• Conduct research and develop case studies for advertising content strategies
• Oversee the execution and management of client advertising campaigns
• Seek creative ways to generate digital advertising revenue & event partnership
• Achieve monthly sales targets according to the Sales Compensation Plan
• Collaborate with operations, content production, creative and event teams to enhance results and client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in Media, Publishing, Advertising, PR, or Marketing & Communications
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
