We’re Hiring: HR Manager (1 Pax) | Normal Shift Malaysia
looking for an dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy and drive excellence across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, training, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
• Manage end-to-end payroll with accuracy and statutory compliance
• Drive talent acquisition, employer branding, and succession planning
• Develop competitive compensation & employee engagement initiatives
• Implement performance management systems and KPI reviews
• Design company-wide learning & leadership development programs
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations
• Oversee office administration and improve operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate
• Strong leadership experience in end-to-end HR operations
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and HR processes
