Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Batu Caves. The primary responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, developing and executing market plans, and effectively communicating with clients to understand and meet their needs. Additionally, the role involves driving sales, preparing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Market Planning to identify customer needs and craft effective strategies
• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, foster relationships, and present ideas clearly
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and execute campaigns
• Analytical mindset to assess data and results for continuous improvement in strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in corporate training or consulting services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
