Job Description

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities


1. Employee Services

  • Handle employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and issues
  • Maintain accurate employee records and provide HR support


2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement and onboarding briefting.
  • Coordinate interviews, assess candidates, and conduct new hire orientation.


3. Compensation & Benefits

  • Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with authorities on statutory contributions and related matters.


4. HRIS Management

  • Maintain and update HR systems, including leave and claims.


5. Performance Management

  • Support and conduct employee performance appraisals.


6. Ad-hoc Duties

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, or business related field
  • Internship or prior experience in an HR role is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, hardworking, aggressive, and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
