Weaver International is seeking a System Analyst for an on-site, full-time position based in Taipei. The System Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and ensure seamless integration of technology into organizational workflows. This role includes collaborating with stakeholders, performing systems diagnostics, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously improving system performance to meet business needs.

• Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Business Analysis to assess, design, and implement technology solutions.
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, understanding system requirements, and improving workflows.
• Knowledge of Information Technology, including system architecture, database management, and enterprise software solutions.
• Experience in Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring consistent system performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise across departments effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in low-code platforms or workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
