Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel for key accounts, including post-sales relationship management and service delivery


Sound Like You?

  • Business Development Manager (5 years and above)
  • Strong sales/business development background with a hunter mentality
  • Advertising/media sales & agency experience is a plus
  • Strong command of English both spoken and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred as you will be facing clients directly
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on acquiring new business and expanding market presence
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proactive and able to execute projects independently with little supervision
  • Able to be a great team player
