Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Recruitment Exective / Manpower Coordinator to join our team.

Our company provides manpower and cleaning support services to childcare centres, commercial sites and other clients. The role will focus on recruiting frontline workers such as cleaners, cooks, kitchen helpers and support staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, database and social media
  • Conduct phone and WhatsApp screening for cleaners, cooks, kitchen helpers and other frontline workers
  • Arrange interviews, trials and deployment schedules
  • Follow up closely with candidates on availability, salary expectation, location preference and start date
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracker and candidate database
  • Assist with worker onboarding documents and employment records
  • Coordinate with the operations team on urgent manpower requests
  • Follow up on no-shows, replacements and last-minute manpower changes
  • Support recruitment campaigns, job postings and worker referrals
  • Assist with basic HR and manpower administration when required

Requirements:

  • Prior recruitment experience is preferred, especially in manpower agency, cleaning, F&B, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare support or frontline staffing
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking candidates and workers
  • This is a hands-on role that requires close follow-up with candidates, workers and the operations team.
  • Comfortable with high-volume phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups
  • Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle frontline workers patiently and professionally
  • Good follow-up skills and sense of urgency
  • Basic knowledge of MOM or work pass matters will be an advantage
  • Experience with timesheet, attendance, HR system or recruitment tracker will be an advantage
