Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and managing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include developing strategic plans, executing business growth initiatives, negotiating contracts, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
• Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and lead generation
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation
