Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the frontline technical resource for enterprise customers, resolving platform issues, supporting product trials, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and product development.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to enterprise customers by troubleshooting platform issues, delivering guidance, and conducting training to ensure effective platform use
- Process and resolve support tickets promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with product trials, proof-of-concept deployments, and platform adoption to drive successful implementation
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare detailed technical documents including implementation plans, test reports, and solution proposals to support customer projects
- Collect and communicate customer feedback and market insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence product improvements
- Participate in partner technical exchanges and industry events to stay updated and represent the company
Required competencies and certifications
- Professional English proficiency to communicate effectively in the working language of the role
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with mainstream cloud computing technologies and products
- Experience in after-sales support, operations, or development for medium-to-large projects
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container platforms
