About the Client

Our client is an established multinational organization with a strong global footprint across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, supporting leading industrial and manufacturing businesses. They are currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee end-to-end plant operations across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, site performance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement, while building and leading a high-performing team aligned with both regional and global objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall plant operations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational goals
• Drive operational excellence through effective management of KPIs, OEE, productivity, and efficiency metrics
• Manage site budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to deliver sustainable performance outcomes
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean methodologies
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and global quality standards (including ISO certifications)
• Lead cross-functional teams across production, planning, quality, warehousing, and logistics
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution, including capacity planning and inventory optimization
• Strengthen customer engagement in collaboration with commercial teams to ensure service excellence
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to regional leadership

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership roles, preferably within an MNC environment
• Experience in packaging, thermoforming, injection moulding, extrusion, or related manufacturing processes is advantageous
• Strong operational and commercial acumen with a proven ability to manage cost and efficiency
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrix organization
