About the Role
As a Guest Relations Host, you will be providing personalized service to guests and ensuring a smooth daily operation.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Provide personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
Handle check-ins/outs and rooming for special arrivals e.g. family suites, limousine.
Update VIP lists and guest preferences in GuestPedia to anticipate needs.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
Relevant experience in Hotels/Clubhouses/Theme Parks would be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated team player.
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
