Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, or social media regarding orders, deliveries, and product information.
  • Monitor and update order status in the system and e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints, return requests, refunds, and exchange cases.
  • Track and follow up on delivery issues such as delays, missing parcels, or damaged items.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and case documentation.
  • Prepare daily or weekly customer service reports for management review.
  • Ensure service level standards and response times are met.
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or logistics industry.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
