Position Title: Technical Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am – 12.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support for sales of hardware products such as bolts, nuts, and fastening components.
Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Process sales and purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain customer records, pricing, and product information in the system.
Provide customers with product details and updates on order status.
Monitor order progress and communicate updates or delays when necessary.
Assist in preparing sales reports and related documentation.
