Position Title: Project Admin Coordinator
Working Location: AMK
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30AM – 6PM)
Salary Package: Basic $3,500 – $4,000 + AWS
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in overall project coordination
Prepare and submit tender documents, including handling related clarifications
Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within timelines
Monitor project progress and provide updates on issues
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and service providers
Liaise with suppliers for quotations, orders, and delivery arrangements
Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
Support project execution and ensure smooth communication across all parties

Experience in tender preparation, submission, and quotation handling
Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination within construction or related industries
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
