DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE
Training Delivery
- Conduct classroom-style and on-the-job training sessions for staff and managers across outlets.
- Ensure delivery is engaging, practical, and aligned with company service and operational standards.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees. Training Needs Analysis
- Identify training needs through observations, performance data, operational feedback, and customer service indicators.
- Assess individual strengths and areas for improvement to determine development gaps.
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Café Managers to identify skill gaps and improvement areas. Training Evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and assess the retention of learning outcomes.
- Conduct post-training assessments and collect feedback to measure training impact.
- Recommend continuous improvement measures for training content and delivery methods. Employee Development & Succession
- Support bench planning by identifying high-potential employees and preparing them for future roles.
- Assist in coaching and developing supervisors and potential leaders within the organisation. Training Content Management
- Develop and maintain training materials and SOPs aligned with best practices and adult learning principles.
- Assist in updating training manuals and operational training materials when procedures change Training Administration
- Maintain training attendance records, reports, and feedback summaries.
- Prepare periodic training reports for HR and management review.
- Coordinate with outlet managers on scheduling and training logistics. Support for F&B Operations
- Collaborate with Operations, Central Kitchen, and HR to align training with operational needs and brand values.
- Reinforce service standards, hygiene practices, and SOP compliance across outlets.
- Support operational initiatives such as new menu launches, service campaigns, and operational improvements through training.
