Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.15am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders accurately based on customer requirements to support timely delivery.
Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales-related documents.
Respond to customer enquiries on products, services, and project tenders for local and overseas customers.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of parts and service deliveries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records to support tracking and reporting.

At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination is preferred.
Candidate with marine industry experience is advantageous.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling sales information.
