Position Title: Operation Assistant (Office role)
Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,200 + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Respond to emails and manage general communication.
Support daily operational and administrative activities.
Perform additional tasks assigned when necessary.
Provide updates and report to the Assistant Manager.
