Position Title: Technical Sales Support Executive
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5.5 working days; Monday – Friday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM) & Alternatively Saturday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Business Development Manager in daily sales and marketing activities.
Coordinate with sales and production teams to meet customer requirements.
Communicate with customers via email, phone, and social media.
Support pricing, scheduling, and planning to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer records.
Review technical drawings related to glass and aluminium works.
Prepare quotations and tender documents.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to internal teams and customers.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe software, and Xero.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
