Salary
SGD 2,000 – 3,500
(Final offer based on experience and interview)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Rest Days: 6 days per month
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and personal assistance support
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and documents
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare letters and assist with document signing and filing
General office administration duties
Driving support may be required occasionally (if applicable)
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Organised, responsible, and able to manage daily tasks effectively
