Salary Package: Basic $2000 – $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Passionate and motivated, with a good understanding of customer service
Service-oriented and enthusiastic about serving customers professionally
Strong communication skills
Driven to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
Work with team members to meet group sales targets
Build long-term customer relationships through a thoughtful and consistent approach
Support in-store visual display guidelines, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness and order
Learn and use computer systems to complete daily tasks
Support other duties as assigned
