Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily on-site operations and activities.
Conduct worker and subcontractor briefings, and handle deployment.
Plan and monitor work progress to meet project schedules.
Coordinate resource planning within the department and workflow across departments, especially onboard vessels.
Perform site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of marine electrical systems and components both in the workshop and onboard vessels.
Conduct testing of electrical systems and circuit continuity using instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and process calibrators.
Participate in the repair and overhaul of electrical components onboard ships and in the workshop.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine / Aerospace, or related field.)
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
