Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer (Electrical Power Distribution, Control and Automation Systems)
Position Title: QA Engineer / Assistant QA Engineer
Working Location: Tuas Crescent (Transportation Provided)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 5.45pm
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming/outgoing parts per specs and procedures.
Record and manage quality data; report issues and drive corrective actions.
Segregate nonconforming product; oversee disposition.
Approve/reject parts to quality standards.
Perform routine tests/checks on in‑house switchboards.
Test and commission switchboards on-site/on vessels; resolve complaints and warranty issues.
Coordinate official tests with surveyors, consultants, and customers.
Support QA Manager goals and audits; ensure QMS compliance.
Maintain high cleanliness/organization (5S) in QA area; follow all safety protocols.
Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and serviceable.
Proactively prevent nonconformities; recommend, implement, and verify solutions.
Complete other tasks as assigned.

ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
1+ year QC/QA experience, preferably in electrical or switchboard manufacturing.
