Position Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Contracts Executive
Working Location: Mandai Estate
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor project budgets and cost controls to ensure delivery within budget.
Oversee the full project cycle from contract award to completion, including final accounts.
Prepare procurement lists and schedules according to specifications and project timelines.
Source and liaise with subcontractors, obtain and evaluate quotations, and draft subcontract documents.
Record and track defects, maintain documentation for variation orders (VO), and ensure timely submission of VO costs.
Work with the Project Manager on monthly progress claims and project closing.
Evaluate subcontractors’ VO claims to ensure compliance with proper procedures.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers.
