1) Quality Assurance Technician
Job Scope:
Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain quality control inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Ensure only approved, conforming products are formally released and delivered to customers in accordance with customer requirements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to ensure product quality and prompt resolution of non-conforming items.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior to support quality operations.
2) Quality Assurance Assistant
Support the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet performance targets and maintain site certification.
Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related matters, providing guidance and support across the site.
Manage QMS activities, including document control, audits, training, NCRs, CAPA follow-up, and change management.
Work with site teams to ensure processes, procedures, and work instructions are effective and compliant.
Monitor production and product quality to meet company and customer standards.
Investigate customer complaints and ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and other duties to support QMS effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Min ITE, Nitec / Higher NITEC related field (QA Technician) ; Min Diploma/ Degree in Quality Management (QA Assistant)
QA experience in manufacturing site preferred
Knowledge in ISO, Food packaging/manufacturing procedure will be a plus
