Position Title: Admin Executive
Working Location: Gul Circle
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
Support and coordinate tasks within the sales department.
Create and manage purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for accounts receivable and payable.
Manage and organize import and export documentation.
Monitor stock levels and inventory movement.
Perform other related tasks as needed.

Completion of GCE 'O' Level or possess basic accounting knowledge.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in logistics is a plus.
