Salary: S$3,000–3,500
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (Flexible).
Events may fall on weekends; Off-in-Lieu will be provided.
Rest Days: 8 days per month
Singapore Experience: Minimum 1 year

Job Responsibilities – Operations & Event Management
Liaise with agencies, printers, and external vendors to meet project timelines.
Plan manpower scheduling and lead part-timers during event setup, operations, and teardown.
Supervise on-site activities to ensure smooth and successful execution.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Improve overall profitability, productivity, and efficiency of event operations.
Evaluate event performance and outcomes for continuous improvement.
Assist in warehouse-related tasks, including inventory checking, fixture management, and event preparation.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
