Responsibilities
Summary:

Stamping & Engineering industry
Shift / Normal working hours
Location: East & West
QC Inspector
Job Scope:
Inspect production parts at set-up, in-process, and outgoing stages; maintain inspection records.
Identify and isolate defective parts; report quality issues to relevant personnel for corrective actions.
Perform final inspections and provide feedback for process or tool improvements.
Maintain quality control data, including Control Charts (X-bar/R) and CPK, per quality plans.
Assist with other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 1 years of inspection experience
Proficient in using measuring equipment such as Smartscope, Profile Projector, Toolmaker’s Scope, Height Gauge, etc.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, apply basic geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T), and identify common metal stamping quality issues.
Operator
Job scope:
Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality and report any abnormalities.
Handle materials, assemble parts, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Record production data and assist in basic machine maintenance or troubleshooting.
