Job Scope:
Support the Head (Faculty Affairs) in the faculty recruitment process and assist in coordinating actual recruitment-related events.
Provide administrative support for faculty-related matters, including but not limited to annual faculty appraisal, appointments, reappointments, report writing and other tasks as assigned.
Handle reimbursement submissions and claims processing.
Support new faculty onboarding activities.
Assist with matters related to the Associate Chair (Faculty) role-based portfolio, when required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by ACF and/or Head (Faculty Affairs).
Working Arrangement:
Location: West
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)
Mon – Thu (8:30am to 5:45 pm)
Fri (8:30 am to 5:15 pm)
Duration: 1 Year
Salary: $4000/Month
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of relevant working experience in administrative or HR-related functions.
Proficient in IT applications such as MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, Zoom, and managing hybrid meeting setups.
Possesses good time management skills, is responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
