Position Title: Production Operator
Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 5 days (Shift work)
Salary Package: Basic + OT
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and test PCBs and electronic components according to technical drawings and instructions.
Perform start-up, shut-down, and normal operations of production line machinery.
Ensure product quality, identify failures, and implement corrective actions.
Accurately record production data, quantities, and quality metrics in logbooks or computer systems.
Assist other operators and assemblers, keep work areas clean, and help replenish supplies.
Support and participate in process improvement initiatives and report any abnormalities to superiors.
Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
