Location: IMM Building, Jurong East
Salary Package: $2,400 + AWS + VB + Benefits
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm | Weekends off
Responsibilities:
- Process and issue sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders
- Handle customer enquiries and liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking clients
- Check inventory, prepare reports, and update product info
- Perform general admin duties
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ Level, PC literate
- Able to read/write English & Mandarin
- Immediate starter preferred
Perks:
- 14 days annual leave
- AIA e-benefits (dental, GP & hospitalization)
- Attendance allowance after probation
