Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre (Transportation Provided)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri; 9.00am - 6.00PM)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Support the Customer Service Department and report to the Team Manager
Manage bookings for both air and sea shipments
Coordinate with air and sea carriers to arrange shipments
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates and handling enquiries
Handle documentation for sea shipments, including preparing bookings and bills of lading
Ensure accuracy in all records and paperwork

Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
Experience or knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
Able to work independently and show motivation in daily tasks
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
