Position Title: Project Supervisor (Construction)
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Transport Allowance (if have own vehicle)
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager with daily operations.
Coordinate activities among contractors and workers.
Supervise site activities for timely completion.
Collaborate with staff to meet project deadlines.
Ensure installations meet design and quality standards.
Monitor on-site work progress and quality.
Conduct site surveys and visits.
Lead daily meetings with clear instructions.
Comply with project specs, safety, and environmental protocols.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

ITE/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
Skilled in CAD and Revit BIM interpretation.
Available to work 6 days a week (if required).
Work locations include construction sites and factories.
Preference for candidates with a Class 2/3 Driving License and their own vehicle, although this is not mandatory.
Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
