Position Title: Admin Assistant (Purchasing)
Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9:00AM – 5.30PM
Salary Package: Up to $2700
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong supplier relationships.
Assess vendor performance for quality standards.
Address product quality or delivery issues.
Manage optimal stock levels and conduct checks.
Keep accurate transaction records and audit inventory.
Ensure budget adherence and verify financial order accuracy.
Document activities and report on inventory and vendor performance.
Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to synchronize procurement.
Handle additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
1-2 years in purchasing or similar roles is advantageous.
Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
