Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Marine/ Oil & Gas
Position Title: Safety & Maintenance Executive
Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary Package: Up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (Twice yearly)
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Regularly inspect and maintain building facilities and equipment, manage routine maintenance with contractors for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and perform minor repairs.
Develop preventive maintenance plans, ensure cleanliness and functionality of office spaces, and conduct safety and fire safety inspections.
Regularly check and maintain fire safety equipment, organize drills, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee high-risk permissions, coordinate services like cleaning and pest control, and assist in facility projects and other tasks as needed.

ITE qualification in Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in facilities or safety management.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management software.
Certifications in Fire Safety Management or Workplace Safety & Health are a plus.
Capable of minor repairs and flexible working hours.
