Job Description
Responsibilities
Our esteemed client, an established MNC in the Construction Industry, is searching for Draftsman (Architectural / Structural):
Job Responsibilities
Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings, detailed drawings, and working drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
Coordinate with the Engineering Department, Project Team, and consultants to clarify technical issues and resolve discrepancies in drawings
Provide accurate and timely drawings to support project planning, construction sequencing, and on-site execution.
Develop detailed drawings, floor plans, sections, and specifications based on client or consultant instructions.
Produce As-Built drawings for submission and project handover upon project completion.
Assist in tender preparation by generating required drawings and technical documentation.
Ensure all drawings comply with design standards, construction codes, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation, drawing records, and revision history throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Architectural, Civil, Structural, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of drafting experience in the construction industry (main contractor experience preferred).
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, BIM, or other drafting software will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and industry standards.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
Additional Information:
Salary: Basic up to S$3,400 + VB
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon – Fri ,9am – 6pm
