Responsibilities
Programme Sales Specialist – Music Academy
A Music Academy is looking for Programme Sales Specialists to support centre operations and drive student enrolments. This role involves sales, customer service, lead generation, and assisting in daily centre activities. We are looking for cheerful, proactive and customer-focused individuals.
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales & enrolment targets
Handle all incoming calls, emails and walk-in enquiries professionally
Conduct daily outgoing sales calls
Recommend suitable lesson packages based on customers’ needs
Execute sales events, roadshows and centre activities
Follow up with leads and maintain required conversion rate
Assist in student management and customer service
Support Centre Manager in centre growth and customer retention
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Able to work retail hours and both weekends
Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Cheerful, positive, customer-oriented, and a good team player
Able to work in a fast-paced environment; good time management skills
Benefits
Basic salary: SGD $3,000 – $3,500
Incentives: Up to $3,600 per month
