Our esteemed client, an established MNC in the F&B Industry, is searching for Management Associate (Kitchen):
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and all culinary tools.
• Ensure adherence to 5S and HACCP standards in all kitchen operations.
• Participate in training programs for non-supervisory roles to understand and perform essential kitchen functions.
• Undergo supervisory training to develop skills for leading and managing both operations and staff.
• Complete all required training and acquire the knowledge and skills to perform independently, with progression potential up to Assistant Chief within the targeted timeline.
• Perform all duties in alignment with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior kitchen positions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Chef.
Job Requirements:
• Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, or a related field.
• Positive work attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
Additional Information:
• Salary: Up to S$3,800 + VB
• Working Location: Various Locations
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Working Hours Depending on Outlets
