Position Title: Purchasing Assistant/ Purchasing Officer
Working Location: North East (Transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Track supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, price, support).
Find and qualify new suppliers to expand the vendor list.
Buy materials and components using the MRP system; keep stock codes updated.
Ensure orders arrive on time; follow up on outstanding orders.
Drive cost-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
Create and maintain stock codes in the MRP system.
Submit a monthly purchasing status report.
Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing.
