Position Title: Site Supervisor
Working Location: Islandwide
Working Hours: 6 days (Mon to Fri 9.00AM – 5.30PM) (Sat 9.00AM – 4.30PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + $400 (Transport Allowance) + Petrol card + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Monitor construction progress and ensure quality control across projects in the region.
Collaborate with the main contractor and stakeholders for efficient project execution.
Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain work quality and reduce rectification costs.
Ensure ISO compliance.
Certify all workers for their specific tasks.
Investigate accidents and non-conformities.
Carry out safety inspections and report to Superior.
Implement and manage the permit-to-work system.
Ensure work areas are safe before operations begin.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
Handle rectification documentation and cost analysis.
Report monthly on repair costs to maintain budget control.
Keep the worksite safe and organized.
Oversee batching plant operations to ensure efficient and quality concrete production.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
