Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full Set)
Working Location: Wan Lee Road (Near Boon Lay MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Full set of accounts; monthly management reports, support annual budget and analysis.
Run accounting & HR systems, month-end close, prepare schedules & ledgers (GL/journal/AP/AR).
Costing and inventory movement; reconcile raw-material purchases, lead stocktakes incl. year-end with auditors.
Manage payments (petty cash, vouchers, cheques, disbursements) and bank reconciliations.
Issue customer statements, follow up collections.
Maintain audit-ready files (IRAS 5-year), file quarterly GST & IR37.
Arrange audits, liaise with auditors/secretarial/tax/bankers.
Support HQ/affiliates, supervise juniors; handle ad-hoc tasks.

Diploma or higher in Accounting.
Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in F&B/Retail.
QuickBooks proficiency is mandatory.
Experience in an accounting role involving full set of accounts.
Able to handle high‑volume transactions, multitask, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Strong team player, resilient, accountable, and adaptable to change.
