Position Title: Application Support Engineer
Working Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic $3,000 – $3,500 per month
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
Support the sales process from enquiry to deal closure.
Learn to analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable products or system solutions.
Provide after-sales support and help resolve customer technical issues.
Assist in preparing proposals, project documents, and AutoCAD drawings.
Work closely with sales, fabrication, and vendors to support projects.
Help maintain order files and track project progress.
Learn about new products, processes, and technologies.
Support the collection of client payments.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.
