Our esteemed client, an established Singapore, is searching for a Customer Service Assistant:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support both existing and new customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare and issue shipment quotations, arrange bookings, and set up shipments according to customer requirements.
Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely communication with all parties involved.
Handle daily administrative and coordination tasks related to transport and logistics operations.
Perform multiple tasks efficiently using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Job Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or trucking operations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using internal logistics systems.
A team player who is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
