Responsibilities
Customer Service Coordinator
Paya Lebar Monday - Friday, Saturday (Half Day)
11am - 8pm, 11am - 5pm
$1,800 - $2,400
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Process customer orders and enrolments
Issue products to customers and arrange deliveries with courier partners
Prepare daily sales and inventory reports
Assist with merchandise, spare parts, and stock replenishment
Perform stock receiving, packing, and daily stock count
Provide after-sales support
Maintain proper filing and documentationSupport ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Team player, able to work independently
