Our esteemed client, an established construction company in Singapore, is searching for an Admin & Logistics Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the logistics department.
Maintain accurate records of machinery certifications, road tax, and insurance renewals.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections.
Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of materials to and from construction sites.
Liaise with suppliers and project staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor and update delivery status, providing regular reports to the project team.
Maintain and update inventory records of materials and tools.
Support periodic stock-taking and asset-tracking exercises.
Maintain daily records of workers’ and site staff’s attendance and overtime.
Collect and verify timesheets and OT claims from site supervisors.
Prepare and submit monthly OT reports for payroll processing.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1–2 years of administrative experience in construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD4,000 + Variable Bonus
Working Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
