Responsibilities
Customer Service Officer
Bedok
6 Days Week
7am - 5.30pm
$1,900 + $300 (Housing Allowance)
Responsibilities
Handle order-taking from retailers, walk-in, and online customers.
Manage delivery platform orders (e.g., GrabFood, FoodPanda, Deliveroo).
Issue delivery orders (DO) and invoices to customers accurately.
Maintain inventory records, including "Stock-Out" tracking.
Support logistics team in preparing cooked and frozen products for delivery with proper documentation.
Receive and acknowledge incoming goods delivered to the factory.
Requirements
